Creation of artistic concepts - Barcelone

Cocktail, dinner and party for 1200 guests :

Conceptualization and coordination of all the artistic animation and decorative elements. The concept inspired by Pirates of the Mediterranean. We coordinate more than 60 people between artists, support staff and stylism team (costumes, hair, make up and FX make up), with 6 artistic interventions and numerous characters.

• Creation of the concept,
• Creation of a Pirate Casino with 8 different point with themed games according to the period created especially for the event, actors and artists at each point,
• Creation of customized choreography for 8 Parkour specialists,
• Decoration of various spaces, including a sound design for the entrance,
• Construction of a pirate bar measuring 4m long, adapted to the needs of the catering.
