EVENTICA

General event organization :

Conceptualization and coordination of all the artistic animation, decorative elements and audiovisual services. The event was inspired by the series Game of Thrones and took place in the catacombs of the Diocletian’s Palace in Split, Croatia, shooting location of the series. We've coordinated more than 60 people between artists, technicians, support staff and stylism team (costumes, hair, make up and FX make up), with half of the team and material transported from Barcelona and with 12 artistic interventions.

• Creation of the concept,
• Construction of throne replica,
• Costume design and creation,
• Creation of unique pieces for the Risk game,
• Sound design for the entire event,
• Creation of special song for the Mother of Dragons,
• Creation of characters: White Walker and 2 dragons using silicon and FX make up,
• Logistics & documentation for transportation of material and staff,
